My Approach
I came to breathwork when I was on a trip to Mexico. The transformation that I have myself experienced and have also witnessed in others has been profound. I have studied the nervous system and trauma healing with Somatic Experiencing, which brought me into craniosacral work - healing using the innate wisdom of the body in connection with intention for health. . What I have learned through the various modalities I have experienced is that no outside person or healer will ever be as good as the one who lives inside you. I see my role as a guide and support as you make peace with and learn to listening and communicate to that place within you- and the breath is an incredible guide through this process.
Breathwork
Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses intentional breathing to promote deep relaxation, healing, and transformation. Through guided patterns of breath, you can release stagnant energy, quiet the mind, and access expanded states of awareness. Each session offers a safe, gentle, and profoundly moving experience, helping you dissolve stress, restore balance, and connect more deeply with yourself.

What to Expect
Internal Family Systems
IFS helps you compassionately connect with the different parts of yourself—especially the parts that carry fear, shame, overwhelm, or self-protection. Instead of pushing these parts away, we learn to understand them and help them soften. As these parts begin to feel safer, you access more clarity, groundedness, and authenticity.
Somatic Experiencing
SE works directly with the nervous system to release stress, tension, and traumatic energy held in the body. Through gentle, mindful attention, we allow the body to complete unfinished protective responses and unwind old patterns. This work increases resilience, regulation, and a sense of inner safety.
Pranayama Breathwork
Breathwork is a powerful practice using intentional breathing to shift your state of being. It helps quiet the mind, release emotional holding, and access deeper layers of insight and clarity. Sessions are gentle, safe, and deeply moving—supporting stress release, restoring balance, and opening a path to deeper inner connection.
