Breathwork
Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses intentional breathing to promote deep relaxation, healing, and transformation. Through guided patterns of breath, you can release stagnant energy, quiet the mind, and access expanded states of awareness. Each session offers a safe, gentle, and profoundly moving experience, helping you dissolve stress, restore balance, and connect more deeply with yourself.
Breathwork Offerings

1:1 sessions are offered either in-person or virtually, providing a private, guided space to explore an active meditation practice centered on a simple three-part breath. The sessions start with connecting with what feels most present or alive for you, then flow into the breathwork practice itself. Afterward, we’ll take time to explore your experience and any meaningful insights that surface. I’ll be there to gently guide and support you throughout the entire process.
75 minute sessions are $175
