We all possess innate health and wholeness. In my therapeutic work I assist individuals in reconnecting with their inherent health and resiliency so that they can live their lives more fully. At the center of my practice is a respectful, non-judgmental, and compassionate space used to explore each individual’s unique healing process. I believe that healing is not about fixing something that is broken—but reconnecting with the wholeness that is already within you.
Through a blend of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), and Breathwork, I help clients build a compassionate relationship with themselves—one that allows them to meet their inner world with curiosity, rather than judgment. I can help with:

Psychotherapy
Depending on your unique needs, my approach incorporates a blend of contemplative psychotherapy (mindfulness based) with Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Experiencing (SE). By using an integrative approach we can address root causes of distress that are not always accessible through traditional talk therapy.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Experiencing (SE) integrate powerfully to support deep, lasting healing by engaging both mind and body. IFS recognizes that we each have multiple inner parts that, when in harmony, help us feel balanced and whole; when these parts become distressed or conflicted, we may experience anxiety, confusion, or disconnection. SE complements this inner exploration by gently guiding us to notice and process sensations held in the body, allowing stored trauma and stress to naturally release. Together, IFS and SE create a holistic, compassionate approach that restores balance to the nervous system, promotes resilience, and nurtures emotional clarity and connection.
Approaches
Internal Family Systems
IFS helps you compassionately connect with the different parts of yourself—especially the parts that carry fear, shame, overwhelm, or self-protection. Instead of pushing these parts away, we learn to understand them and help them soften. As these parts begin to feel safer, you access more clarity, groundedness, and authenticity.
Somatic Experiencing
SE works directly with the nervous system to release stress, tension, and traumatic energy held in the body. Through gentle, mindful attention, we allow the body to complete unfinished protective responses and unwind old patterns. This work increases resilience, regulation, and a sense of inner safety.
Pranayama Breathwork
Breathwork is a powerful practice using intentional breathing to shift your state of being. It helps quiet the mind, release emotional holding, and access deeper layers of insight and clarity. Sessions are gentle, safe, and deeply moving—supporting stress release, restoring balance, and opening a path to deeper inner connection.
Cost for Services
I do not currently accept health insurance. For clients seeking reimbursed for out of network costs, I can provide a superbill for psychotherapy services.
