We all possess innate health and wholeness. In my therapeutic work I assist individuals in reconnecting with their inherent health and resiliency so that they can live their lives more fully. At the center of my practice is a respectful, non-judgmental, and compassionate space used to explore each individual’s unique healing process. Psychotherapy

Depending on your unique needs, my approach incorporates a blend of contemplative psychotherapy (mindfulness based) with Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Experiencing (SE). By using an integrative approach we can address root causes of distress that are not always accessible through traditional talk therapy.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Experiencing (SE) integrate powerfully to support deep, lasting healing by engaging both mind and body. IFS recognizes that we each have multiple inner parts that, when in harmony, help us feel balanced and whole; when these parts become distressed or conflicted, we may experience anxiety, confusion, or disconnection. SE complements this inner exploration by gently guiding us to notice and process sensations held in the body, allowing stored trauma and stress to naturally release. Together, IFS and SE create a holistic, compassionate approach that restores balance to the nervous system, promotes resilience, and nurtures emotional clarity and connection.

Breathwork

Pranayama breathwork is a powerful practice that uses an intentional, rhythmic, three-part breathing technique to connect deeply with yourself, release stored emotions, and create meaningful transformation. This activated breathing method helps you move beyoned the critical mind and opens the door to expanded states of consciousness, allowing greater clarity, emotional release, and profound relaxation.

As you engage in pranayama breathwork, you gain the capacity to gently uncover and release unconscious patterns, stress, anxiety, and unresolved trauma held within the body. The practice not only clears emotional blockages and supports healing, but it also invites a deeper connection to your authentic self, intuition, and inner wisdom. Every breathwork session is uniquely personal and may offer fresh perspectives, increased self-awareness, and greater compassion for yourself and others. Ultimately, pranayama breathwork empowers you to rewrite limiting beliefs, move past internal barriers, and foster clarity, self-love, and profound insight into your life's journey.
